Who we are

5G Basketball (fbc5g.com) is a Bible-based children's basketball league hosted at First Baptist Church Tampa, 302 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606. To reach us, use the contact form.

What we collect

• The waitlist form: a parent's name and email address.
• The contact form: your name, email address, and your message.

We use it to answer you and to send 5G news: dates, programs and announcements.

How it is stored

• Form answers are saved in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and the 5G team gets an email copy.
• List email addresses are kept in our email service (Brevo), which sends the 5G news.
• We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Traffic and advertising measurement

Cloudflare (our host) keeps basic traffic statistics. Every page also loads two outside tools:

• Google Analytics (Google). It uses cookies to count visits and see how people move through the site: the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), your device and browser, and the site that sent you here. Google may also use its advertising cookies with it.
• The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here and actions you take (for example, joining the list), with your device and browser details and Meta’s cookies. We use it to measure our Facebook and Instagram posts and ads and to show them to families likely to be interested. Meta may also receive a copy of the same events through a server it provides for this.

Cookies, ads and your choices

Third parties, including Meta and Google, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on this site to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

• Opt out of ads based on your activity: aboutads.info/choices (United States) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
• Google Analytics: Google’s opt-out browser add-on. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Your Google ad settings: myadcenter.google.com.
• Meta: how Meta uses cookies, and your choices: facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies.
• Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in its settings. The site still works without them.

Children

5G is a children’s league, but our forms are for parents and other grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Photos on this site never carry a child’s name. If a child sent us information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Removing your information

Reply “unsubscribe” to any 5G email, or ask through the contact form using the same email address, and we will remove your information.
